Press ReleasesRadiusPoint Expands Business IntelligenceMay 09RadiusPoint announces the development and release of new reporting capabilities in ExpenseLogic, RadiusPoint’s proprietary software. The new reporting capability will enable the RadiusPoint Client to instantly create reporting that offers up to date Business Intelligence. Business Intelligence is critical in making cost effective business decision and most companies do not have the ability to create a report that will allow instant business decisions based on accurate data. One of the new reporting capabilities is a Utility Usage comparison that will allow you to quickly and easily see your Utility or Telecom usage in comparison of two months. The Utility Usage Comparison allows the end user to compare two time periods for dollar and usage, as well as, type of service, i.e. gas, electric, water, telephone. A Dashboard of graphs and charts allows the end user to create reports for presentation at their desktop. RadiusPoint saw the need to assist the Client with reporting capabilities that are easy to understand and to create. “Our Clients have multiple Cost Center or locations hierarchy and the need to create reports that can filter down to a location and type of service is a must” states Watkins, CEO of RadiusPoint. Allowing the Client the capability to create their reports at their desktop, when needed, is Business Intelligence at its best. RadiusPoint’s Telecom Expense Management (TEM) and Utility Expense Management (UEM) services involve a monthly management of the invoices and constant review of the charges from the vendors. The invoices are established in the ExpenseLogic software so that the charges for each location would be allocated appropriately and in a timely manner. RadiusPoint has the invoices processed for payment and allocated within a few days of the receipt of the invoice from the vendor. The timeliness of the services enables the staff to review those important issues or services immediately and at their desktop instead of going through stacks of invoices. ExpenseLogic is fourth generation technology-based, problem-solving software,usedto manage the daily issues and invoices that stem from a company’s Telecom, Utility, Energy and IT expenses.
