Title: Business Development Specialist - Location: Orlando, FL

Description: The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for developing a specific territory for Enterprise accounts. The Business Development Specialist will work closely with individual Sales Directors to develop specific sales strategies for identifying opportunities through identifying prospect pain and need, scheduling first appointments, and building individual sales pipelines. Activities will include outbound calling, email campaigns, direct mail campaigns, and ongoing database development.

Responsibilities:
Scheduling qualified appointments using market information and identifying qualified prospects via the phone
Database development (account management; updating contacts, phone numbers and email addresses)
Developing sales strategies with Marketing and Sales Directors
Educating prospective clients on RadiusPoint’s products and services
Meet/exceed monthly objectives for appointment-setting and pipeline support

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years previous experience with large Enterprise B2B outbound prospecting
• Minimum 2 years previous experience with approaching and dealing with C-level personnel
• A customer-oriented individual seeking an opportunity in an exciting, fast-paced industry
• Successful candidate will be proactive, self-motivated and highly professional, with outstanding client development and prospecting skills
• Well-spoken in a variety of settings, persistent and a master at overcoming obstacles
• Familiar with MS Word, MS Excel and internet search tools
• Must have the ability to interact/communicate RadiusPoint’s value proposition effectively with C-level and Director level IT, Telecom, and Finance personnel.

Education: College degree or equivalent experience.
