Responsibilities: • Assist Accounts Payable Manager with daily operational tasks • Input invoice information for various clients as Accounts Payable Manager assigns. • Research with the vendor, client requests related but not limited to invoice questions. • Create reports as requested by client or Manager. • Consistently communicate Manager regarding Client trends and challenges. • Assist with special projects. • Performs all other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Strong customer focus skills. • Strong organizational skills. • Strong Analytical problem solving skills. • Strong Excel knowledge • Must be a detail-oriented, positive, team player, and possess strong work ethic. • 1 year experience working in fast-paced office environment. • Minimum of 1 year administrative, accounting or related work experience. • Good verbal and written communication skills including a good understanding of abbreviations, spelling, and proper grammar and punctuation. • Experience working toward specific deadlines. • Proficient with 10 key and typing. • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook, must be able to learn new software quickly. • Proficient with using web-based applications other than web browsing tools.
