The software enhancements allow the end user to more easily mine the data to find the necessary information to create enhanced Business Intelligence reporting. Additionally, the enhancement to email the various reports to the end user, as well as, their manager allows for greater visibility into the monthly expenses. RadiusPoint provides Business Process Outsourcing services for Telecom and Utility Expense Management services, as well as, Support Desk services for placing orders for services and equipment. RadiusPoint is able to audit the invoices on a monthly basis with ExpenseLogic, RadiusPoint’s proprietary software which allows for a line item audit. This monthly audit encompasses services for telecom, including landlines, data circuits and wireless services and energy, gas and trash. Errors are identified and reconciled with the vendor, which creates a credit or refund situation and avoids any future costs for those same charges. The new software enhancements allows for the end user to find critical invoice information such as approval date, processing date, and check date, as well as names of personnel that handled each step. This consistent tracking is crucial for the audit process and can shorten the time it takes to audit the payment of the invoices. Additionally, the Wireless reports were enhanced to include Equipment Upgrade Eligibility date and various other wireless information that the end user needs to assist corporate with making decisions about their wireless device. Gaining visibility by emailing the reports to the end user and their manager enables management to effectively and efficiently audit mobility policies. RadiusPoint’s Telecom Expense Management (TEM) and Utility Expense Management (UEM) services involve a monthly management of the invoices and constant review of the charges from the vendors. The invoices are established in the ExpenseLogic software so that the charges for each location would be allocated appropriately and in a timely manner.
