Lack of resources Many companies have down-sized the staff that processes their telecom and utility invoices.   With the increased invoice lead time and multiple invoice types for all locations, most companies already do not have the staff to analyze and audit the invoices from procurement to payment of the invoice.  How can RadiusPoint manage the entire telecom and utility invoice lifecycle?
Lack of accurate inventory Most companies do not have an up-to-date inventory of the services, equipments and contracts that make up their entire telecom and utility environment.  The multiple vendors and carriers involved with these services and a decentralized ordering process are most often the culprit.  How can RadiusPoint help your organization?

Lack of automation Processing each invoice takes time and finding errors within these invoices takes even more time.  Achieving invoice payment and validating each charge on the invoice is the ultimate goal and responsibility of the Accounts Payable department and many companies do not have the staff or technology it takes to fully analyze and pay the telecom and utility invoices.  How many late payments are assessed to your organization for not getting the invoice processed and paid in time?  Find out how RadiusPoint's ExpenseLogic software can assist your organization.

Decentralized/maverick spending Enterprise customers with multiple locations and multiple employees who are allowed to place orders for services and software experience maverick every day.  A decentralized ordering process creates confusion within the organization and creates an increased expense due to the inability to use centralized spending for global purchasing power and leverage existing contract rates for the most competitive pricing for telecom and utility requirements.  Find out now how RadiusPoint can control maverick spending and create a centralized order repository for your organization's telecom, IT and utility invoices and services.
Insufficient Expertise Most telecom and utility analysts within an organization only analyze the service costs for the current month compared to the previous month.  Most organizations do not have the staff with the level of expertise necessary to perform detailed analysis of these invoices and services.  How can RadiusPoint's certified staff help you manage your telecom and utility invoice lifecycle?

RadiusPoint signs Check Into Cash, Inc.

July 07
Memphis, TN, 7/23/07 RadiusPoint announces the new contract for Business Process Outsourcing services for Check Into Cash, Inc. to provide Telecom Expense Management (TEM) and Utility Expense Management (UEM) services to manage the telecom and utility/energy invoices and expenses for their 1,250 locations.  RadiusPoint will provide invoice processing and utility and telecom expense management services for the telecom, energy and gas services, which includes management of the vendor to ensure accuracy.  The services include the management of the invoice from receipt to payment and then archival of the invoice image for future needs.  RadiusPoint also provides contract compliance reviews on a monthly basis and error detection and reconciliation to offer a complete utility/energy and telecom expense management solution.

In 1993, a new cash advance service was born.  The first Check Into Cash location opened in Cleveland, Tennessee. Cleveland now serves as corporate headquarters for offices located throughout the United States.  Currently there are 1,250 locations nationwide with more to come.

Check Into Cash pioneered the payday advance service.  At Check Into Cash payday advance centers, the procedure is simple:  A cash advance customer issues a check payable to Check Into Cash from a personal checking account.  Check Into Cash provides the customer with the cash needed.  Check Into Cash’s payday advance service has been well-received since its inception.  The average Check Into Cash payday loan customers are people who occasionally find themselves a little short on cash before payday.

The need for a TEM and UEM solution was apparent as the number of locations of Check Into Cash’s grew each year.   “An organization must look at the number of locations that each Accounts Payable staff can handle effectively, on a monthly basis”, states Sharon Watkins
, CEO of RadiusPoint.  “Check Into Cash has a strong Accounts Payable department and strong leadership for the department, but Telecom and Utility invoices are different and sometimes an organization needs a little help to get these invoices processed and audited” states Watkins.

Mark Hough, the Director of Accounts Payable for Check Into Cash was ready for the extra help to get these invoices processed and audited.  Having both types of invoices in one software platform was a huge plus.  “I haven’t seen anything like the RadiusPoint software on the market”, states Hough.  The Provisioning module of ExpenseLogic and having the telecom and utility/energy expenses in one single software platform made this software stand out above the competition.

RadiusPoint’s Utility Expense Management and Telecom Expense Management services involve a monthly management of the invoices and constant review of the charges from the vendors.  The invoices are established in the software so that the charges for each department would be allocated appropriately and in a timely manner.  RadiusPoint has the invoices processed for payment and allocated within a few days of the receipt of the invoice from the vendor.  The timeliness of the services enables the staff to review those important issues or services immediately and at their desktop instead of going through stacks of invoices.

RadiusPoint developed ExpenseLogic, a single platform solution for Telecom and Utility Expense Management.  RadiusPoint, a technology-based company was developed specifically for those organizations that are seeking an expense management solution for Telecom, Utility, Energy and IT expenses on one software platform.   Providing this single solution platform is a key differentiator in the Telecom Expense Management (TEM) and Utility Expense Management (UEM) industry.

ExpenseLogic is fourth generation technology-based, problem-solving software, used to manage the daily issues and invoices that stem from a company’s Telecom, Utility, Energy and IT expenses.  The Provisioning and Help Desk portal allows a company to centralize and validate the entire Procure-to-Pay Lifecycle.  The Check Into Cash staff will use this feature to manage and maintain the information for all orders placed by their 1,250 locations.  There are multiple benefits and having all of the order information in one location for each end user to view and act upon will save Check Into Cash huge dollars in man hours.

The RadiusPoint solution will benefit and assist small to the very large multiple location or department organization in the areas of Finance, Operations and Technology.  Most organizations will see a Return on Investment within the first six months of utilizing the RadiusPoint solution.  RadiusPoint enters at the point of Utility and Telecom Expense Management confusion and brings centralization and validation to the procure-to-pay lifecycle of Telecom, Utility, Energy and IT expenses.

RadiusPoint provides a broad portfolio of business and technology expense management solutions to help its clients worldwide improve their business performance. Core services consist of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Software as a Service (SaaS), and License Software with respect to Telecom, Utility, Energy and IT invoice and expenses. RadiusPoint’ uses ISO 9001:2000 certified processes and meets government regulated standards (Sarbanes Oxley) through SAS 70 certification.  RadiusPoint’s corporate headquarters is based in Memphis, Tennessee with a service office on the fourth floor of the World Trade Center in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.  A second service office is scheduled for opening in Istanbul, Turkey by the end of 2007.
