RadiusPoint Begins Heijmans Pilot Project

RadiusPoint began a pilot project for Heijmans in Holland on June 1, 2007 to provide Utility Expense Management services to manage the energy invoices and expenses for their locations. RadiusPoint will provide invoice processing and utility expense management services for the energy and gas services and management of the vendor to ensure accuracy. The services include the management of the invoice from receipt to payment and then archival of the invoice image for future needs. RadiusPoint’s staff also provides contract compliance reviews on a monthly basis and error detection and reconciliation to offer a complete utility expense management solution. 

Heijmans is the second largest listed property development, building, infrastructure and installation engineering company in the Netherlands. Outside the Netherlands, Heijmans operates in the United Kingdom, Belgium and Germany. At the end of 2006, the company employed approximately 9,200 employees. Together they achieved revenues of almost €3 billion and a net profit of around €82.5 million. 

The Heijmans Property Development division is one of the largest property developers in the Netherlands, with nine regional business locations/operating companies. Heijmans Property Development focuses on the initiation, development and sale of primarily homes: the division derives approximately 95% of its revenues from the housing segment.
